Urbansynthesis

We are on the 3rd floor of the Srishti Building, which is No. 7 on 8th Main in Basaveshwara Nagar. It’s a pretty easy place to spot because we are near Planet Honda and the Panacea Hospital. Being up on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. Urbansynthesis is basically just us working away at our desks. We have a lot of computers and some large printers for our plans. The office isn't very large, and it can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at once. Basaveshwara Nagar is a nice part of town, it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We’ve got a lot of books and samples lying around the office. It’s not super organized, but we know where everything is. We don't have any polished reception area. You just walk in and we're there working. Sometimes the elevator in the Srishti Building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It’s a practical place for a small firm. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking about designs. We don't really do the corporate branding thing. It’s just a group of us trying to get things right. Being near the hospital and the showroom makes it easy to give people directions. The afternoons are usually the quietest time when we get the most done. We usually have some music playing softly in the background to keep the energy up while we're drawing. It is a good, functional setup.
