Upkar Estate

Upkar Estate is situated at door number 24, on 7th Main, 18th Cross in the BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are in the N. S. Palya area of Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy BTM can get, especially with all the traffic on the main roads. Our office is in a bit of a residential-meets-commercial pocket, so it has a mix of vibes. We spend our time working on various estate and property matters. It's mostly about keeping track of listings and talking to people who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. The office is a bit small, and sometimes it feels like we are tripping over each other when it's busy, but we manage. We aren't a high-pressure corporate office. We just sit down, have some coffee, and get through the paperwork. There’s a lot of it, honestly. Bangalore has changed so much, and BTM has grown right along with it. We see new buildings going up all the time around us. Our day usually starts early to beat some of the heat and the noise. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or anything; we just tell people what we have and let them decide. It's a very normal way of doing things. We’ve been at this 18th Cross spot for a while and the neighbors know us well. It's just a regular local business life for us here in the city.
