Universal Group - Qatar

Universal Group - Qatar actually has its roots and this specific office at Vannantavida House in Kerala. We are located in Ummathure, Parakkadavu, which falls under the Nadapuram area. It is a bit of a unique situation because while the name mentions Qatar, this is our home base in India. The house is a traditional setup and it serves as the center for our local operations. Being in Kerala, we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and the pace of life is quite different from the big cities. We handle a lot of coordination between our interests abroad and the work we do here. It is mostly a family-oriented environment where we keep track of our different projects. We don't have a big corporate sign or a flashy entrance. It’s just a house where we do our business and keep our records. People in Nadapuram know the Vannantavida family, so they know where to find us if they need anything. We spend a lot of time on long-distance calls and managing the paperwork that comes with international work. It can be a bit slow during the monsoon season when the rain hits the roof, but we keep working through it. We prefer this quiet way of doing things because it allows us to stay connected to our roots while handling our business affairs.
