Our office is tucked away right behind Sangtrashwadi, just off M-G Road here in Gulbarga. It is a busy spot, and there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around the neighborhood. We have been set up in this part of town for a long time now. Most local people know the area well because of all the shops and activity nearby. We deal with various infrastructure tasks across the whole region, and sometimes we have to head out toward Hyderabad when a specific project needs more hands. It is not a shiny new building or anything, just a regular place where we keep our paperwork and meet up before heading out to the sites. We handle the day-to-day things like checking on the equipment and making sure the crew knows where they are supposed to be. The phone rings a lot with guys asking about supplies or transport. It gets pretty dusty here, especially with all the construction going on around this part of Gulbarga, but that is just how the job is. We try to keep everything simple and straightforward. You will not find any complicated corporate stuff here, just a group of people working on local building projects. Sometimes the heat in this area gets to be a bit much, so we try to start very early in the morning to get a head start. We have a small team and we have all been working together for years. It is a tight-knit group and we just do what needs to be done.
