We are located at B-443 in the Peenya Industrial Area, right behind the police station. It’s a busy spot near Honey Park Road and Adajan Road. We run a CNC center, so our shop is full of those big machines that cut metal with a lot of precision. It’s a lot of programming and then watching the machine do its thing. The noise is constant, a kind of high-pitched whirring that you eventually stop noticing. We’ve been at this for a while. It’s not just about pushing buttons; you have to know how the metal reacts and how to keep the tools sharp. We spend a lot of time checking measurements with calipers because even a tiny mistake means the whole part is scrap. We don't have a fancy lobby. Most people just walk straight onto the shop floor. We keep the floor as clean as we can, but there are always metal shavings everywhere. It’s a busy environment and we’re usually focused on meeting the deadlines for whatever batch of parts we’re running. Sometimes we have to stay late if a machine needs maintenance or a big order comes in. It is just the way things go in Peenya. We’re local people doing a technical job. We don’t talk much while the machines are running because you can’t hear anything anyway. We just focus on the work and keep the coolant levels topped up so nothing overheats during the long runs. It can get quite oily on the floor too.
