Unique Builders

Our place, Unique Builders, is located at BTM Layout 2nd Stage 450. BTM is a crowded, lively part of the city, and we’re right in the middle of it. We spend our days working on various building projects. It’s the kind of work where you’re always checking something—whether it’s the level of a floor or the cost of some timber. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing. Our office is a bit lived-in, with stacks of paper and probably a few too many pens scattered around. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we’ve seen plenty of changes in how people build things. We try to stay focused on the basics. If you want something built, it needs to be done right the first time. We aren't into fancy talk or making promises we can’t keep. We just tell people what it’s going to take and how long it’ll probably take. Sometimes we run late because of the traffic or the rain, which is just part of living here. We like the grit of the job. There’s something satisfying about finishing a project and seeing it stand there. We’re just a small team of builders trying to make a living and do right by the people who hire us. If you’re around BTM 2nd Stage, you’ve probably walked past us without even realizing it, and we’re perfectly fine with that.
