Unimark

We are located at No. 106 in the Brigade Mm Annexe on K.R. Road. It’s a well-known building in this part of Bangalore. Unimark is basically just us working through our daily tasks in a fairly small office space. K.R. Road has those big trees that give some shade, which is nice during the hotter days. We spend most of our time at our desks or on calls. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Being in the Annexe means we have neighbors doing all sorts of different things. Sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes it’s a bit of a mess with people moving around the corridors. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. We don't really do big speeches or have a grand vision. We just handle the business at hand. If you’re coming from the main road, you just head towards the annexe. Finding parking can be a bit of a headache, so we usually suggest people come early or take a rickshaw. It’s a practical setup. We like the location because it’s central and easy to get to from most parts of town. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on the paperwork and getting things sorted for the next day. It’s a lot of mundane stuff, but it keeps the lights on.
