Uni Resource Inc

Uni Resource Inc is up on the 4th floor of the Veena Complex. That’s at 464 Basaveshwara Nagar, right on Cenal Road. It’s a bit of a hike up if you don't use the lift, and the lift can be temperamental sometimes. The office is pretty spacious though. We have a view of the road from the windows, which is nice for people-watching when things get slow. We deal with resources and staffing for various industries. There are rows of desks and some filing cabinets that are overflowing a bit. We try to keep things organized but it’s a constant battle with all the paperwork. The Veena Complex has a few other businesses, so it’s a fairly active building. We usually get in early before the traffic on Cenal Road gets too bad. It’s a practical place to work. No one is wearing suits here; we just come in and do the tasks. We have a small area with a microwave and a kettle for our lunch breaks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing out reports. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We’ve been in Basaveshwara Nagar for a few years and like the neighborhood. It feels like a real community. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. There is a small balcony but we mostly use it for storing empty boxes.
