Umiya Builders & Developers operates out of Oakyard Apartments in Bangalore. We are specifically in Unit A 201. The building is on East End Main Road, right in the 9th Block of Jayanagar. The pin code is 560069. Jayanagar is a great part of Bangalore, and being based in an apartment complex makes things feel a bit more personal. We aren't in some high-rise office block in the middle of a tech park. It’s more of a home-base for our building and development work. We spend our time going through blueprints, talking to contractors, and checking on sites. The East End Main Road is usually busy, so there is always a lot of energy around. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our space is filled with files and maps of the areas we are working in. It’s not always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We don't really have a big public relations team. We just talk to people directly when they come by the office. It is a straightforward way of doing business. If you are in the 9th Block, you’ve probably walked past our building a dozen times. We are just one of the many local businesses trying to build something useful in this city.
