We've been operating out of Indus Innova for some time now. Being in Flat 007 in Mahadevapura makes things easy since it's on the ground floor. You don't have to deal with the elevators which are often full. It’s just a regular office space with a few desks and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. Outside, the Mahadevapura traffic is usually humming along, and it can get pretty loud during the peak hours in the morning. We spend most of our days talking to people about property matters and checking through different listings. It isn't a huge place, but it works for us. There is a small tea stall just around the corner where we usually go when we need a break from the computer screens. Sometimes the dust from the main road gets in, so we have to keep the windows shut most of the day. We are not some big corporate firm with fancy lobbies. It’s just a handful of us making sure the paperwork is in order and the clients are taken care of properly. We know the security guys at the gate and most of the people living in the building too. It's a nice little community here. We try to stay organized, but sometimes when things get busy, the desk gets a bit messy with notes and site maps. That's just how it goes when you're working hard in a city like Bangalore.
