We are based in Mysore, over on Shivaji Road at N.R. Mohalla. You can find us at 4703 2nd Cross. Our focus is on property and land around this area. Mysore is a really nice city to live in, and we enjoy being part of the real estate scene here. We do not have a big, fancy office with glass walls. It is just a simple room where we can sit down with people and look at maps. We spend a lot of our time out and about, looking at different plots of land or checking on buildings. It is not a desk job for the most part. We like to see things for ourselves before we talk to anyone about them. We do not use any high-pressure sales tactics. That is just not our style. We just show people what is on the market and give them the details they need to make up their own minds. The team is small, just a couple of us who have lived in Mysore for a long time. We know which areas are quiet and which ones are getting busy. We have seen a lot of growth in N.R. Mohalla over the years. It has been interesting to watch the city expand. We just keep doing our thing, helping people find a place to build a house or start a business. It is steady work and we like the people we meet.
