People usually find us at Door No. 13 on 12th Cross. Cubbonpet is a busy part of town and it stays loud most of the day with all the traffic and people moving around. We have been working out of this space for a long time. The office inside isn't anything fancy, just some desks, old chairs, and stacks of papers that seem to grow every week. We start the day by pulling up the metal shutters and letting some air in, though it’s mostly just the smell of the street. There is a small tea stall nearby where someone usually goes to get a few cups for the staff around mid-morning. It is a tight squeeze in this lane, especially when a delivery truck tries to get through. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to people who drop by. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a place where the work gets done and we go home in the evening once the sun goes down. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there waiting for it to come back so we can get back to the computers. It’s just how it is here. You get used to the rhythm of the neighborhood after a while. We know the other shop owners and the people who walk past every day. It’s a simple setup for Udaya Ravi Enterprises.
