UCAM Pvt Ltd is located in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at A-11/12 in the 1st Stage on the 1st Cross. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s a massive grid of factories and workshops. Our spot is right in the thick of it. The morning commute is usually a crawl through traffic, but once you get inside the gates, it’s all about the work. We have a fairly large space here because the equipment we handle isn't small. There are different sections for assembly and testing, and it can get pretty loud when everything is running at once. We’ve been at this 1st Cross location for quite a while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change and get more crowded over the years. The building itself is sturdy and functional, designed for work rather than looking pretty. We have some office space for the engineers and the admin folks, but the real heart of the place is out on the floor where the metal is being shaped and the parts are being fitted together. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes brought from home or grabbed from one of the local stalls nearby. We don't have fancy meetings with PowerPoint slides every day; we mostly just talk over the machines or at each other’s desks to get things sorted. It’s a blue-collar spirit even in the more technical bits of the job.
