If you head down Whitefield Road, you eventually run into TE PARK 212B. That’s where Tyco Electronics Corporation India (P) Ltd. is set up. We are right in the middle of Doddenakundi 2nd Phase Industrial Area. It’s a large building, and there are always people milling about the lobby or the parking lot. The traffic around here can be a real headache in the mornings, but once you’re inside, things settle down. We have different departments doing different things, mostly technical stuff involving parts and assembly. It isn't particularly glamorous work, but it needs to get done. We spend a lot of time at our desks or in the lab areas. Lunch is usually a quick break before getting back to the lists and logs. Sometimes we have meetings that go a bit long, but mostly we just stick to our individual tasks. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years with all the new tech parks popping up. We’ve been part of the landscape for a bit. It’s a standard industrial setup with a lot of wires, screens, and cardboard boxes. We don't have a lot of time for fluff. The focus stays on the actual work at hand. Most of us have been here a while and know the routine by heart. It’s just how we run things every day at the park. It’s a long day usually, but we get things done and then head home to our families. Nothing more to it than that.
