We’ve been over here at Thirumala Technode for a while now, specifically on the 3rd floor of Plot 27. Most people know the spot near 1st Cross in Doddenakundi Industrial Area, Phase-II. It’s a busy part of the city, and we keep things moving daily. Our workspace isn't anything fancy, just a place where the team gets together to handle the day-to-day operations. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something that needs fixing or checking. Dealing with electronics can get complicated, so we try to stay focused on what’s right in front of us. It’s basically just a group of us working through the regular tasks. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy office events. Usually, you’ll find someone tinkering with a component or answering a call about a shipment. Being in the industrial area means we see a lot of trucks and other workers coming and going. It gets dusty sometimes, especially with all the construction nearby. We just handle the technical side of things and try to get home on time. There's plenty of coffee to go around and a lot of paperwork to fill out. That's the reality of working at Tyco Electronic Corp. Ltd. locally. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the lights on and the parts moving through the supply chain. It works for us. We've seen people come and go, but the work remains the same.
