True Pack Pvt Ltd is located at No.485, on the 13Th Cross in the 4Th Phase of Peenya Industrial Area. Peenya is a huge place and it’s always humming with the sound of machinery and trucks. Our spot is right in the thick of it. We do a lot of packaging work, so the floor is usually covered with scraps of cardboard or plastic wrap. It’s a noisy place to work because of the machines, but you stop noticing it after the first hour. We have a big rolling door that stays open most of the day to let the air in. It gets pretty dusty with all the industrial activity nearby, but that’s just part of being in this area. Our team is mostly made of local workers who know their way around the equipment. We don't have any fancy boardrooms or leather chairs. It’s just wooden benches and metal desks for the most part. Every day is about meeting the numbers and getting the crates out the door on time. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them, which can be frustrating. But usually, things run pretty smooth. We’ve been in the 4Th Phase for years and we know most of our neighbors. It’s a tough, hardworking environment and we are just one part of the bigger industrial machine here in Peenya.
