We set up our office at No. 645, 1st Cross, 1st Main in Indiranagar. It’s the ground floor of a building in a busy part of the 1st Stage near Binnamangala. Being in Indiranagar is great because there is always something going on outside, although parking can be a real headache sometimes. We work in the voice and communication sector. Most of what we do involves computers and headsets. It’s a lot of sitting and talking or technical troubleshooting. We aren't a massive call center; we’re a smaller group that actually pays attention to the details. The office is pretty simple—just desks, chairs, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We don't have any of those fancy startup perks like beanbags or pool tables. We just come in, do our shifts, and go home. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the industry for years and some younger folks who are just starting out. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to answer the phones and solve the problems that come our way. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is annoying, but we deal with it. It’s a regular job in a nice part of Bangalore. We keep the doors open and just focus on the work at hand without much fuss.
