T.R. Rajan is the name on the door here. We focus on engineering consultancy and development work. The office is located in Bangalore, specifically in the R.R. Nagar area. You can find us at No. 220, 2nd Stage, in the B.H.E.L Layout, Pattanagere. We are currently set up c/o K. Basavaraj. It’s a quiet part of the city, which is good for when we need to sit down and look at plans or drawings. Engineering can be a lot of staring at numbers and technical details, so having a spot in the layout away from the main traffic helps. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a more personal setup. We’ve been in Bangalore for a long time and have seen the city grow up around us. This neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first started. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for practical advice on their projects. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone just knows someone else we’ve worked with. Our desks are usually piled with blueprints and site notes. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We just try to give solid engineering input without a lot of the extra fluff you see elsewhere. It’s a decent way to earn a living and we enjoy the technical side of the jobs that come in.
