Trinity Builders & Developers, Cochin

Even though the name says Cochin, Trinity Builders & Developers is actually operating out of Bangalore right now. You can find the place under the name Vinay Subramanian P at Door No 4 in Building No 8/12. We are situated right opposite Karthikeyamnilayam on the 4th Link Road. This is part of the New Madivala area. Bangalore is a sprawling place, and New Madivala has its own rhythm. The 4th Link Road is usually a bit quieter than the main thoroughfares, which is nice for getting things done. The building we are in is a regular concrete structure, nothing that stands out from the street. We’ve got a few rooms where we keep our plans and papers. The furniture is mostly wooden and a bit old, but it works for us. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. It’s more about having a spot to sit and talk about projects. The commute here can be a bit of a struggle depending on the time of day, but that’s just how it is in this city. We’ve been in this building for some time now. People sometimes get confused because of the Cochin part of the name, but once they see the address in New Madivala, they find us. It’s a functional space where we handle the day-to-day tasks of building and development. Nothing too complicated about it.
