This place is located in Bankapur, right near the Pastu Masjid. It is the house of M. M. Khazi, son of Maqbool Ahmed Khazi. We are mostly focused on the training side of things related to BHEL. It is not a big corporate office with hundreds of employees. It is more of a quiet, local setup where we handle the day-to-day tasks. The area around the mosque is usually peaceful, except for when people gather for prayers. We have some basic equipment and books to help with the learning process. Most of the work involves going through technical manuals and understanding how things operate at the bigger plants. It is a lot of reading and sometimes we have to travel a bit for the practical parts. The weather in Bankapur can get quite hot in the summer, so we keep the fans running all day long. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or if they are connected to the Khazi family. It is a simple life here. We start early in the morning and wrap things up by the evening. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a chat while we are working. It is just a normal part of the community. We try to be helpful to anyone who comes by asking for information about the training. It is a practical way to learn and get some experience.
