We are located at 409 Cunningham Road, specifically in the Prestige Centre Point building on Saraswathipuram Main Road. It’s a decent-sized office but we’re often out and about anyway. Most of our work involves dealing with air conditioning systems and making sure they’re actually cooling like they should. During the hot months, the phones don't really stop ringing. It gets a bit chaotic with all the service schedules and paperwork piled up on the desks. We have a small crew and we’ve been at this spot for some time. The building is usually busy, so getting in and out of the parking area can be a real pain in the afternoon. We have some spare parts stored in the back and a lot of tools that need cleaning after every shift. It’s not a very glamorous job, mostly just fixing things and talking to people about their AC units. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day. We don’t have a big corporate vibe here. It’s more about getting the job done and moving on to the next site. The traffic on Saraswathipuram Main Road is usually a mess, so we try to plan our routes carefully to avoid getting stuck. It’s a lot of coordinating and sometimes things don’t go as planned, but we manage. That’s just the daily routine for us at Trane Service First.
