Total Environment Building Systems, Whitefield, Bengaluru

This might seem a bit confusing because our name mentions Whitefield, Bengaluru, but our office right now is actually in Chennai. Specifically, we're at Flat No.4 in Phase-IV of the Bhargavi Apartments. That’s on Mariamman Koil Street in West K.K. Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a big city center. We are Total Environment Building Systems and we handle various building projects. We moved into this flat a while back to have a base here in Chennai-78. It's a modest setup, nothing like those big corporate towers. Just a few rooms where we keep our drawings and computers. Sometimes people get lost trying to find Mariamman Koil Street, but once you find Bhargavi Apartments, it’s easy. We work on building systems and keep ourselves occupied with the technical side of things. It’s mostly about getting the details right and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. We aren't into big speeches or flashy presentations. We just sit down, look at the work, and get it finished. Being in West K.K. Nagar is convenient for us. There are plenty of shops nearby for when we need a break. It feels more like a community here. We just do our work and try to be helpful to the people who hire us. It’s a bit of a juggle managing the Bengaluru name while being here, but we make it work somehow.
