We operate out of the Skv Reddy Building on 1st Cross in Chinnapanhalli. It’s a busy little pocket of Marathahalli here in Bangalore. Our team is mainly focused on the actual construction side of things. We spend most of our hours on the sites, making sure the foundations are solid and the walls are going up as they should. It’s a lot of physical work and managing different crews of workers. Bangalore weather can be unpredictable, so we’re always checking the sky while we work. We don't have a fancy corporate office; we prefer to be where the action is. Our boots are usually muddy, and there’s always a bit of cement dust on our clothes. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we’ve seen how much the Marathahalli area has grown up around us. It’s a challenge to build in such a crowded city, but we find ways to make it work. We don't go in for big speeches or promotional talk. We just show up every morning, talk to the foremen, and get things moving for the day. Sometimes there are hiccups with the materials or the labor, but we just deal with them as they come. It’s a tough job but seeing a building finally finished is a good feeling. We’re just local builders doing our thing, one day at a time, keeping it honest.
