Torsteel,Bangalore

Our place, Torsteel, is located right on Nagarbhavi Main Road in Bangalore. Specifically, we are at number 5 on the 4th Main in Kalyan Nagar. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can be around here, so there is always a bit of noise from the street. It’s a busy area and we have been part of it for a while. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination and moving things around. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle the day-to-day stuff. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing here. Usually, the morning starts with checking the schedule and seeing what needs to be moved or organized. The guys in the back are busy with the steel work, and there is always that metallic smell in the air. We keep a stash of biscuits and a kettle for when we need a break from the phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when deliveries arrive late, but we manage to get through it. Nagarbhavi has changed a lot over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We focus on getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it keeps us occupied from morning till evening. There is always something that needs fixing or a stack of papers to sort through on the desk.
