Torfenster Systems

You can find us at number 564 in Basaveshwara Nagar, right by Ranna Park. It’s a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the weekends when the park is crowded. We work on systems here, mostly doors and windows from what I see on the floor every day. The workshop has a lot of tools lying around, and there’s always the sound of cutting or assembly going on. It’s a bit noisy, but that’s how work gets done. We aren’t a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. There’s just a handful of us making sure things fit together like they should. Sometimes a measurement is off and we have to start over, which is frustrating but part of the deal. We take our lunch breaks together when we can. The air smells like metal and sometimes paint. Customers come in to look at samples, and we show them what we have on the racks. It’s nothing fancy, just a workspace that stays busy. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now. I like being near the park because it's nice to see some trees when I walk out for a break. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long for their order. It's just a normal day-to-day operation for us. There is an old dog that hangs around the entrance sometimes, and we give him scraps from our lunch. It's just a simple life running a small business like this one.
