Our office is located in The Millenia building, right on Murphy Road in the Halasuru area of Bangalore. We are way up on the 10th floor of Tower A, in units 1 and 2. It’s a big, modern building, which is a bit different from some of the smaller workshops, but inside our office, it’s pretty grounded. We work on industrial systems, which sounds complicated, but for us, it’s just our daily job. From the 10th floor, we get a pretty good view of the city and the lake nearby, which is nice when you need a minute to think. The elevators are usually busy in the mornings with everyone rushing to their desks. We have a mix of engineers and office staff here. Even though it's a high-rise, we try to keep things relaxed. There’s always someone in the pantry making coffee or talking about the weekend. We have meetings, sure, but they’re mostly just us trying to solve problems or plan out the next project. Halasuru is a great spot because you can find good food just a short walk away. The traffic on Murphy Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so many of us stay a bit late to let it clear out. It’s a professional space, but we are just a group of people trying to do good work without making too much of a fuss about it. We just get on with it together.
