Tit For Tat Security Allied Services is based in Varthur, right near the Mohan Bar. That landmark makes it pretty easy for people to find our office, even if they aren't from this side of town. The office is just a basic room where we handle the scheduling for our guards and manage the paperwork. It is not a glamorous business by any means. Most of our work involves making sure people show up for their shifts at different sites around the area. We have a couple of old desks and a lot of logbooks stacked on the shelves. Managing a security team means we get calls at all hours of the night, so someone is always checking their phone. Varthur has grown a lot lately, and there is always new construction going on, which keeps things interesting for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone in a suit trying to sell services. It is just us talking to building managers and shop owners who need a bit of extra help watching their property. The atmosphere in the office is usually pretty casual, with people coming in to pick up their uniforms or drop off reports. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things get a bit disorganized, but we manage to get through the day. We are just a local team doing our thing here in the neighborhood.
