Thuluvath Constructions Private Limited

We are Thuluvath Constructions and you can find our office in the KHB Colony over in KS Town, Bangalore. We’re in building 125, specifically at the Hig B-1-37 spot. Bangalore is always growing, so there’s plenty of building work happening all the time. Our office is right in the middle of a residential area, which makes it easy for us to talk to people about their homes or small projects. We’ve been working out of this colony for a while now. The team is mostly local guys who know the city and how the building permits work around here. It’s not always easy with the traffic and the noise, but we manage to get to the sites and get the foundations poured. We don't go in for big corporate speeches or fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just us sitting down with a set of plans and some tea to figure out how to get the job done. We handle the private limited side of things, so there's a bit of admin work to keep everything legal and on track. Most days you’ll find us out on a site rather than sitting behind a desk. We just like to build things that last and keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. It’s a busy life here in Bangalore, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and work on the next house until it's finished.
