Think Imc is based out of Bangalore, and if you live here, you know exactly what that means for our daily lives. We are right in the thick of the Karnataka tech scene, though we keep things a lot more low-key than some of those giant companies. Our day usually starts with a long commute because the traffic in this city is just a reality we all have to deal with. Once we actually get into the office, things settle down. We have a small team here. It’s mostly people sitting at computers with their headphones on, trying to get through their lists. We don't have any of those fancy bean bags or ping-pong tables you hear about. It’s just a regular office with standard chairs and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We talk about the weather a lot, especially when the rains start and everyone worries about getting home. The work at Think Imc involves a lot of communication and keeping track of different moving parts. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making sure our clients get what they asked for. It’s a straightforward environment. We eat lunch together sometimes at the local places nearby. It’s a good group of people just trying to make a living in the city. There is always someone complaining about the internet speed, but we get by.
