Aryan Event Managements

We operate out of W-109 in the Satya Green Apartment over in Thindlu. It’s more of a home-office setup, really, which keeps things simple for us. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting at the computer trying to get everything lined up for whatever event is coming up next on the calendar. There are lists everywhere—lists for flowers, lists for lights, lists for food. Sometimes the living room feels more like a warehouse with all the props and samples we have lying around on the chairs. It can get a bit hectic when two things are happening at once and the phone won't stop ringing. We spend a lot of time driving back and forth from here to different venues all over the city. Thindlu is a decent area, fairly quiet most of the time which helps when we need to concentrate on the details. We aren't a big corporate office with fancy furniture or a front desk; it's just a few of us working together to make sure things go according to the plan. We drink a lot of tea while we talk to vendors and negotiate prices. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, like a delivery being late or a decoration breaking, and we have to scramble to fix it. It's just the reality of this kind of work. We keep our files in old folders and try to stay on top of the schedule. It's a practical way to run things.
