Thermtech Industries has its place at 200, Sankar Estate. It’s right there in the C.T.M. area, not far from Revabhai Estate. This part of town is full of workshops and small factories, so there is always noise and movement around us. We have been working from this unit for quite some time. The floor is usually covered in dust and metal scraps, which is just part of the job. It’s a practical space, mostly filled with machines and tools we use every day. We don’t have a fancy front office or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes, busy with whatever is on the bench that day. The heat in Ahmedabad gets pretty intense in the summers, especially inside the estate buildings. We just open the doors and keep the fans going. It’s a simple operation here. We handle a lot of thermal and industrial work, mostly just fixing things or making parts as they are needed. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we all know the routine. We start early when it’s still a bit cool and try to get the heavy work done before the afternoon sun hits. It's an honest living in a busy industrial pocket. We don't talk much about goals or plans; we just take the orders as they come and do the work right there on the floor.
