We are based over at D-102 in Raheja Park. It’s right on Magadi Road here in Bangalore, zip code 560 079. Being in a residential complex like Raheja Park means it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main drag, which helps when we're trying to focus on plans. We go by Theme Home Contractors (Pvt) Ltd. It’s a small operation, really. Most of the guys are out working during the day, so the office is mostly just for me and a couple of others to handle the calls and the billing. Magadi Road is always moving, but our little corner is okay. We’ve got some old chairs and a lot of folders full of past projects. It’s not a showroom or anything fancy. Just a workspace where we figure out the next steps for whatever job is on the calendar. We’ve been here for a while and the guards at the gate usually know where to send people. It’s a decent spot for a business like ours. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just show up, do the contracting work, and try to keep things organized. If there's coffee in the pot, you're welcome to it. We just do our thing every day and hope the traffic isn't too bad on the way home. We are just local people working on local homes.
