Theme Home Contractor Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Banashankari 3rd Stage, over on the 80 Feet Road in Banagirinagar. We are at number 569. It is basically a small group of us who handle various home renovation and contracting jobs. We are not a massive corporation with fancy showrooms or guys in suits. Usually, our workspace is filled with wood shavings, tile samples, and half-empty cans of primer. People come to us when they want to change their kitchen or add some new cabinets to a bedroom. It is a lot of measuring and then re-measuring because walls are never quite square in older houses. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to plumbers and electricians to make sure everyone shows up on the same day. It can be chaotic, but it usually comes together in the end. Banashankari is a nice area, and we have worked on quite a few houses on this street and the next one over. We do not have a polished pitch or anything like that. We just sit down with a notebook and draw out what needs to be done. Sometimes the materials we want are out of stock, so we have to find something else that works just as well.
