The business, known as The, is located at 120/1, Yellappa Readdy Building, on the 1st Floor of the 4th Cross in Annaasandrapalya, Bangalore. Being in the HAL Post area means we are right in a busy part of the city. Our office is in an old building, nothing fancy at all. You have to walk up the stairs to find us. We handle all sorts of daily tasks here, mostly related to our work in the local neighborhood. The 4th Cross can be a bit crowded with parked scooters and delivery trucks, but that’s just Bangalore for you. Inside, the rooms are filled with the sound of the city coming through the windows. We have some basic furniture and plenty of files. It’s a practical workspace where we meet and plan out our week. We aren't a big, shiny tech company; we are just a local business trying to keep things running. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop by. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big missions. We just show up at the Yellappa Readdy Building every morning and start working. Whether it's managing a project or dealing with local logistics, we just take it as it comes. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, but we just use that time to organize the tool shed or catch up on reading.
