The Royal Grand Homes

This building sits on Mahalakshmi Caves Road in Andheri East. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and there is always a lot of noise from the street. We handle the laundry ourselves most of the time, so you might see sheets drying if you come by at the right hour. The building at number 6 is easy to find if you are looking for the Caves Road. We have a person at the desk most of the day to help with check-ins or if someone loses their key. The plumbing and the fans are things we check constantly because they tend to break in this weather. We don't offer a lot of extra stuff like spas or gyms. It is just a bed, a bathroom, and a roof over your head. The walls are painted a simple off-white color. We try to keep the hallways quiet so people can sleep properly. Panathur is a decent area to be in for work or travel. We see people staying for one night or sometimes for a whole month. It’s just a practical place to stay when you are in this part of the city. We keep a logbook for everyone who stays so we know who is coming and going. It’s a straightforward way to run things.
