The Retina Clinic

You can find The Retina Clinic over in Indiranagar, specifically at No.305 on 6th Main Road in HAL 2nd Stage. It’s a quiet part of the Defence Colony area, which is nice because the rest of Indiranagar can get so loud. We focus specifically on eye issues related to the retina. It’s not a general eye shop where you go for glasses; it’s more for people having real trouble with their vision. The clinic is small and we try to keep things calm. There is a lot of specialized equipment in the back rooms for looking deep into the eye. Patients usually come here because they were sent by another doctor. We spend a lot of time sitting in dark rooms looking at scans. The building is easy to spot once you get onto 6th Main. We’ve had the same staff for a while now, and they know how to handle the paperwork and the eye drops. It’s a bit of a process when you come in, since eyes take time to dilate. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just a regular waiting area with some magazines. Most of our day is spent looking at charts and talking to people about what's going on with their sight. It’s straightforward work, and we just try to be thorough with every person who walks in. The clinic stays open until the evening most days of the week.
