The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd.

Our office is located at Oriental House on Asaf Ali Road. It’s a busy part of town, always lots of traffic and people moving around outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, stacks of papers, and the sound of phones ringing. We’ve been at A-25/27 for a long time. People come in to talk about their policies or file claims, and we do our best to help them through the paperwork. It’s not always easy, insurance can be complicated with all the fine print, but we try to keep it straight. The building itself is an old landmark in the area. We have staff who have worked here for decades, literally seeing the city change through the windows. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files we have to keep. We don’t have any fancy coffee machines or lounge areas, just a place to sit and work. People come in with all sorts of problems, from car accidents to health issues. We listen, check the records, and see what the next step is. It’s steady work. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a line of folks waiting when we open up. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just handle the insurance stuff as it comes. It’s a lot of reading and typing, but that’s how the business stays running here on Asaf Ali Road. It is just the way we operate.
