THE LIGHT PLACE

We set up shop at No 4 Old Airport Road, specifically on the Domlur Service Road. We are part of the Domlur Layout area. If you are driving along that stretch, we are right next to Haiku Honda, which is hard to miss. The service road can be a bit of a pain because of the traffic flow and the one-way rules, but it’s a solid location. The main Old Airport Road is always humming with the sound of cars and buses going back and forth. At THE LIGHT PLACE, we keep things very simple. We have a lot of different fixtures and lights around, but we aren't trying to be a fancy art gallery. It is just a shop where we sell things. We spend a lot of our time moving boxes around and trying to keep the place organized, though it gets a bit cramped. People often drop in while they are on their way home from work. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sound like a big chain. We just show people what we have in stock and tell them how it works. It is a straightforward business. This neighborhood has a mix of houses and offices, so we meet all kinds of people. We’ve been here long enough to see the city change around us. We just focus on keeping the shop running every day and helping out whoever comes through the door.
