Our spot is tucked away on Vvr Street in Ganapathipura. It’s right off Kanakapura Main Road, near the 7th Mile mark. If you’ve ever driven down that way, you know how the traffic can get, especially during peak hours. The Konankunte extension area has changed a lot over the years with more houses going up everywhere. Our building at No. 58 is pretty easy to find once you turn off the main road. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of moving cement around Bangalore. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. The warehouse space gets a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, so we have to be quick about organizing everything. The floor is always a bit grey from the dust, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just part of the job. Most of the staff here have been around for a few years, so we have a rhythm going. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the work getting done. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat or ask about the construction happening nearby. It gets noisy with the trucks backing in, but the street is usually okay once they leave. We just focus on keeping the stock moving and making sure the paperwork is sorted before we head home for the day. It’s honest work in a busy part of town and we like the people we work with.
