The Divine Shop

The Divine Shop is right in the middle of Jayanagar 4th Block. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets, especially on the weekends. We are on the 33rd cross, 10th main, which people often call the Coffee Day road. Kandalaa Jewellers is right opposite us, so that’s a good landmark if you’re trying to find our door at No. 525. Our shop is packed with all sorts of things, from small idols to incense and items used for daily prayers. It’s a small space, so we have to use every inch of the shelves. Sometimes things get a bit dusty, but we try our best to keep it organized. People come in looking for specific items for their homes or for gifts. We’ve been here in Jayanagar for a while, and we see many of the same faces every week. It’s nice to be part of the local community here. The traffic outside can be quite loud, and parking is always a struggle for our customers, but that’s just how Jayanagar is. Inside, it smells like sandalwood and jasmine most of the time. We don’t do any big advertising. Most people just walk in because they were passing by or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple, family-run kind of place where we just handle the items we sell and chat with whoever comes in to buy something.
