Out here in the KHB Industrial Area, specifically at IS-40, things are pretty industrial as the name suggests. Yelahanka New Town has changed quite a bit over the years, but this pocket stays mostly the same. We work with chemicals at Tetragon Chemie. It’s a lot of mixing, testing, and making sure the batches are right. The facility isn't something out of a movie; it’s a practical workspace with vats and storage drums. We wear our lab coats and follow the steps we’ve been doing for years. It’s quiet work, mostly. We aren't the type of company to put out big ads or have a flashy website. We just focus on the chemistry and getting the orders out to the people who need them. Sometimes the Bangalore rain makes the industrial area a bit of a muddy mess, but we still get the trucks loaded. The team here is small and we’ve all been together for a long time. We don't really have a hierarchy that matters much; everyone just chips in where they’re needed. Whether it’s checking the inventory or cleaning up the floor, we just do it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work for the industries we serve. We’re just a local business trying to do things the right way, one day at a time, here in Yelahanka.
