Tenon Group is based over in the BEML Layout, Stage I, in Bangalore. If you know the area, it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center, which we appreciate. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Even though the name sounds like we might be some huge conglomerate, we’re really just a group of people working out of this office near the park. We deal with various services, mostly stuff that keeps other businesses running smoothly. It could be security or facility management, but we don't like to use those big words too much. Mostly, it’s about making sure things are where they should be and that people are doing their jobs. The Bangalore traffic is always a topic of conversation here during lunch. Many of us have been with the company for several years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The office is pretty standard, some desks, a small kitchen area for tea, and some old chairs that we should probably replace one day. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't really help us do the work better. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right in a very busy city with its own set of challenges.
