Temple Fitness

We are located at Temple Fitness, which is inside Vinyas Mansion, number 469. You can find us in the DLF New Town area, specifically 2nd Phase, 2nd Block of BTM 6th Stage. It’s a long address, but most people just know us as the place above the Reliance Fresh near the Sai Baba Temple on Bannerghatta Road. Being right next to the temple makes it easy to give directions. We have a good amount of space up here. It’s busy during the hours when people are doing their grocery shopping downstairs. We like the location because it’s convenient for anyone living in the 560076 zip code. The gym has a lot of windows, so we get some natural light during the day. We try to keep the equipment in good shape, though things do get worn out when you have people using them all day long. We don't have a big corporate staff. It’s just a few of us making sure things run okay. You’ll often see us re-racking weights or talking to the regulars. It’s a very grounded place. No one is here to show off; they just want to get their workout finished. The floor can be a bit noisy when someone drops a heavy barbell, but that’s expected. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now, and we plan on staying. It’s a practical, no-nonsense spot for fitness. We handle the registrations and general upkeep without much fuss or fanfare.
