Our office is over at No.9, 1st Cross in the Astalakshmi Layout, which is part of J P Nagar 6th Phase in Bangalore. It’s a decent area, though it has gotten much busier over the years. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The building is tucked away in a side street, so it’s not always easy to spot if you’re just driving by. We focus on construction equipment, which keeps us busy from morning till evening. There’s always someone coming in with a question or a form that needs signing. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s a practical space with a lot of heavy furniture and piles of folders. The 6th Phase is a good place to be, even if the commute can be a bit slow some days. We usually have the local radio playing in the background while we work. We aren't really into big presentations or corporate speak. We just tell it like it is. If a piece of equipment is delayed, we say so. We have a small area where we keep our files and another where we sit to have our lunch. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office. We like the local vibe of JP Nagar. Most of us live nearby, so we are part of the community here. It’s just a straightforward business. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings, we just work.
