We are located out in Mathur Village, which is part of the Sriperumbudur area in Kancheepuram. Our spot is on Bajanai Koil Street. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it here. Technobuild Developers is really just about getting projects off the ground in this part of Tamil Nadu. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place where we can sit down and look at maps and plans. Outside, you can hear the local sounds of the village, and sometimes it gets pretty dusty with all the trucks moving around. We spend a lot of time talking to local landowners and checking on the progress of our sites. Dealing with the heat is part of the daily routine, so the fan is always on high. We handle the development side of things, which means a lot of waiting for approvals and making sure the contractors are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s not always smooth sailing, and there are always some issues with weather or supplies, but that is just the nature of the business. We’ve been in this village for a while now, so we know the people around here pretty well. We aren’t a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated team trying to get the work finished correctly and on time without making too much of a fuss about it.
