Technico Industries Ltd

Our place is at Kumbalagodu 26. It’s tucked away in an area where there is a lot of manufacturing going on. Technico Industries Ltd is basically a big shed with a lot of machines running all day long. It is definitely not a quiet office. There is always the sound of metal clicking or engines humming in the background. We have a small team here and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. The office part is just a couple of desks shoved into a corner where we handle the invoices and the phone calls. Most of the real action happens out on the floor. It gets quite warm in the summer because the ventilation isn't the best, but we keep the fans going. We have been in Kumbalagodu for a long time and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit around us. We don't really do much in the way of decoration. The walls are plain and the floors are concrete because that is what makes sense for the kind of work we do. People come by to pick up orders or check on progress, and we just give it to them straight. There is no corporate talk here, just regular people trying to finish the day's production. We keep our supplies organized as best we can, though things get messy when we are busy. It’s a solid spot and we just focus on the output. We drink our tea outside in the shade when the machines are being serviced. It's nothing special but it's what we do.
