Technical Trading & Services (Silikal)

You can find us at 83/3 on Hennur Road, right in the Saitpalya area. We mostly deal with floor coatings and industrial surfaces. It is the kind of thing most people don't really notice until it is done wrong. We spend a lot of time looking at concrete and different types of resins. Our team is small, and we spend more time out at job sites than sitting in the office in Lingarajapuram. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that is the job. We work with Silikal products because they actually work for what our customers need on the ground. It is not magic; it is just chemistry and good application. Sometimes we have to explain why a floor needs more time to dry or why a certain temperature matters. We don't use big sales pitches. If a floor is peeling, we look at why and try to fix it. The neighborhood around here is pretty active, so there is always something going on outside our door. We have had this spot for a while now. Most of our tools and samples are kept here in the back. If someone walks in, they will probably see us mid-conversation about a project in some factory or a large commercial kitchen. We just keep it simple and focus on the technical side of the trading and service work. It is practical, often messy, and it keeps us very busy every day of the week.
