Technic Constructions

We are based out of Room 316 in the M T Jain Hostel. It’s right on K R Road in Shankarpuram. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a construction office but it works for us. Bangalore is an expensive city so we make do with the space we have. Shankarpuram is a nice old part of town with a lot of history and big trees. We spend most of our time out at building sites anyway so we don't need a huge glass building for ourselves. When we are here, we are usually going over plans or taking calls from workers. The hostel area is usually buzzing with students and people moving around, so there’s always some energy. We do various types of construction work around Karnataka. It involves a lot of travel and checking on materials. Sometimes the logistics of getting things moved through Bangalore traffic is the hardest part of the job. We keep things simple and don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we did elsewhere. It’s a small operation but we take it seriously. K R Road is a busy stretch and we are right in the middle of it. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them done without too much fuss.
