Tbwaindia Pvt. Ltd. is based out of C-1 on the second floor of The Monarch, which sits right on P.T. Usha Road. It’s a pretty central location, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Our day-to-day work involves a lot of talking and trying to come up with ideas that make sense for the people we work with. The office is comfortable, but it’s definitely not a corporate showroom. It’s a working space where things can get a bit cluttered when we’re busy. We don't have a lot of fancy rules or a strict dress code. We just show up and get to work. Most of us have been in this industry for a while, and we’ve seen how things have changed. P.T. Usha Road is a lively place, and we like being in the middle of it. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We’d rather just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes the ideas come quickly, and other times we have to sit and think for hours. It’s just the nature of what we do. We try to be honest with everyone we deal with and keep things as simple as possible. We don't think we’re anything special, just a group of people trying to do decent work from our office on the second floor. It’s a good way to earn a living without making things more complicated than they need to be.
