We are located in Bangalore 560001, which is a pretty central spot if you know the area well. Most of the day here is spent looking at spreadsheets and helping people figure out their tax forms. It isn't the most exciting work for everyone, but someone has to do it. Our office is just a regular place where we deal with a lot of numbers and government deadlines. It gets a bit hectic around March or whenever the filing dates come up. We have been doing this for a while now. Some of us have been sitting at these same desks for years. You’ll see us mostly on our computers or talking on the phone to someone about their PAN card or an old return they forgot about. We don't have fancy furniture or anything. It's just a functional space with enough chairs for the staff and anyone who drops by. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep going. Taxsmile.Com is basically just a group of people who know their way around the tax portals. We don’t really do big speeches or marketing. We just open the doors in the morning, drink some tea, and get to work on whatever folder is on the top of the pile. If you walk past our building in the 560001 area, you might not even notice us among all the other businesses, but we are there.
